How do I find my Model Number?
Do you have the original packaging?

If your product came in plastic packaging (a clamshell), you’ll find the model number on the front of the insert card, on the lower left corner. If your product came in a box, you’ll find the model number on the top of the box.
Most model numbers are 12-16 characters and start with a couple letters followed by a dash.
No packaging? No problem!

The product number is on a label on the side of the dimmer or switch.*
If you’ve already installed the dimmer/switch, turn off the electricity and then remove the wallplate. Unscrew and remove the wallplate adapter, then unscrew the dimmer/switch and pull it out of the wall until you can see the label.
*Please note: The product number for Ariadni/Toggler dimmers is not on a label. It’s located directly on the front of the dimmer on the top left, or right below the on/off toggle.

Can I control a dimmer with more than one Pico remote?
Yes. You can pair up to 10 Pico remotes to each Caseta Wireless dimmer/switch. This is an excellent way to add a new point of control even if there is no wiring there! For more info on Pico remotes, please see this KNOWLEDGE ARTICLE.

Can I control more than one dimmer with a Pico remote?
Yes. Pico remotes can control multiple lights, which is helpful if you want to turn on lights from your car or turn off lights from your bedside.

Can I control more than one dimmer/switch with a Pico remote(s)
Yes. Pico remotes can control multiple Caseta Wireless dimmers/switches. This allows you to control multiple lights from your bedside or car. For more info on Pico remotes, please see this KNOWLEDGE ARTICLE.

Can I control more than one lamp with a plug-in dimmer?
Yes, you can. The plug-in lamp dimmer can control two lamps. The lamps will both be controlled together; you can’t control them independently.

Can I control multiple strings of lights with Caséta Wireless?
Absolutely. To do that you will need a Caséta Wireless dimmer for any outlet where you are plugging in lights. You then can either control them with individual Picos or if you have a Smart Bridge you can control them together. That means you can also set scenes so that at a touch of a button (or a spoken word to Alexa) you can control multiple strings of light at once, at different levels of brightness.

Can I control my Caséta Wireless dimmers with my smartphone?
Yes. You will need to install a Lutron Smart Bridge and download the free Lutron App for Caséta Wireless.

Can I control my lights individually?
Yes, you can control your lights individually with Caséta Wireless dimmers or on your smartphone with the Lutron App for Caséta Wireless.

Can I replace any light switch or dimmer with a Caséta Wireless dimmer?
Yes, you can replace any standard toggle or decorator light switch or dimmer that controls incandescent, halogen, or dimmable CFL or LED bulbs with a Caséta Wireless dimmer.

Can I use the same account for multiple Smart Bridges?
No, you can use only one account per Smart Bridge. In the event that you have more than one Smart Bridge (for example, main house and vacation house), you will need to create an account for each Smart Bridge to control each system.

Can Serena Shades be included in Scenes created in the Lutron app?
Yes, once Serena Shades are added to your system they can be included in any Scene created in the Lutron app.

Do I need a Smart Bridge to control my Caseta dimmers & switches via my smart phone?

Does the Caséta Fan Speed Control have a preset button?
Yes. You can set your preferred fan speed setting to the center button of the device and activate it simply with a touch.
