How do I find my Model Number?
Do you have the original packaging?

If your product came in plastic packaging (a clamshell), you’ll find the model number on the front of the insert card, on the lower left corner. If your product came in a box, you’ll find the model number on the top of the box.
Most model numbers are 12-16 characters and start with a couple letters followed by a dash.
No packaging? No problem!

The product number is on a label on the side of the dimmer or switch.*
If you’ve already installed the dimmer/switch, turn off the electricity and then remove the wallplate. Unscrew and remove the wallplate adapter, then unscrew the dimmer/switch and pull it out of the wall until you can see the label.
*Please note: The product number for Ariadni/Toggler dimmers is not on a label. It’s located directly on the front of the dimmer on the top left, or right below the on/off toggle.

Can I use this on a receptacle?
No, this control is rated for permanently installed fan and lighting loads only.

Does this require a neutral?
Yes, this product requires a neutral connection. If you are looking for a timer option that does not require a neutral connection, you can use model MA-T51.

How many minutes can I set the timer for?
The timer has varying time settings up to 60 minutes.

Is there a warning before the light/fan turns off?
Yes, there is a one-minute warning where the load will briefly turn off and then back on again to indicate the timer is about to turn the load off. This function cannot be disabled.

Is there an override that will keep the light or fan always on?
Yes, standard models have an option for keeping the light or fan on continuously. We also offer an Eco model (model MA-T530G) that doesn't have an "always on" option.

What is the minimum load?
The minimum load for this device is 5 watts of lighting load or .05 amps of fan motor load.
