Yes, you can. The plug-in lamp dimmer can control two lamps. The lamps will both be controlled together; you can’t control them independently.

Absolutely. To do that you will need a Caséta Wireless dimmer for any outlet where you are plugging in lights. You then can either control them with individual Picos or if you have a Smart Bridge you can control them together. That means you can also set scenes so that at a touch of a button (or a spoken word to Alexa) you can control multiple strings of light at once, at different levels of brightness.
