Random Lights Turning On/Off? Troubleshooting Integration Settings
If you are experiencing issues with your lights turning on and off randomly, and you are using the Lutron app, please select a link below to direct you to additional troubleshooting resources:

If your smart hub is not integrated with any of the third parties above, please contact Lutron Technical Support with support logs and timestamps from your system. If you are unsure how to submit support logs, review the How to Create a Support File for Caséta/RA2 Select article.
Note: support logs must be submitted while connected to the same Wi-Fi network that your smart hub is currently connected to.
