How do I find my Model Number?
Do you have the original packaging?

If your product came in plastic packaging (a clamshell), you’ll find the model number on the front of the insert card, on the lower left corner. If your product came in a box, you’ll find the model number on the top of the box.
Most model numbers are 12-16 characters and start with a couple letters followed by a dash.
No packaging? No problem!

The product number is on a label on the side of the dimmer or switch.*
If you’ve already installed the dimmer/switch, turn off the electricity and then remove the wallplate. Unscrew and remove the wallplate adapter, then unscrew the dimmer/switch and pull it out of the wall until you can see the label.
*Please note: The product number for Ariadni/Toggler dimmers is not on a label. It’s located directly on the front of the dimmer on the top left, or right below the on/off toggle.

Yes, the Sunnata Pro dimmer will require a neutral wire.

Is the brightness of the locator light adjustable?
Yes, the brightness of the locator light is adjustable and can be turned off in all Sunnata products through simple button press programming. To view how to adjust this, view Lutron.com/SunnataMyLevel.

What are the differences between the Sunnata LED+ and Sunnata Pro LED+ models?
The Sunnata LED+ (model STCL-153M) can handle 150W LED and can be controlled with a Sunnata Accessory switch for up to 10 total locations. This will allow you to dim from the main location and switch the lights from the remaining. No neutral is required for this product.
The Sunnata Pro LED+ (model ST-PRO-N) can handle 250W LED, 500W ELV, and 400V MLV and can work with up to 4 Pro Companion dimmers. Will the LED+ Accessory switch work with the Sunnata Pro dimmer?
No, the Pro companion dimmer (model ST-RD) is the only way to control the Sunnata Pro dimmer from multiple locations.
