How do I find my Model Number?
Do you have the original packaging?
-
If your product came in plastic packaging (a clamshell), you’ll find the model number on the front of the insert card, on the lower left corner. If your product came in a box, you’ll find the model number on the top of the box.
Most model numbers are 12-16 characters and start with a couple letters followed by a dash.

No packaging? No problem!
-
The product number is on a label on the side of the dimmer or switch.*
If you’ve already installed the dimmer/switch, turn off the electricity and then remove the wallplate. Unscrew and remove the wallplate adapter, then unscrew the dimmer/switch and pull it out of the wall until you can see the label.
*Please note: The product number for Ariadni/Toggler dimmers is not on a label. It’s located directly on the front of the dimmer on the top left, or right below the on/off toggle.

Can a constant voltage driver be used with low-voltage MR16 LEDs?
You would not be able to control low-voltage MR16 LEDs with an external driver, even if they are constant voltage. MR16 LEDs have an internal driver and so only a transformer would be needed to drop the voltage down to 12 or 24V.

Does this ballast support LEDs?
Lutron has a proprietary dimming method to ensure smooth dimming performance with fluorescent lamps. Connecting LED loads to a Lutron fluorescent dimming ballast is not supported by Lutron and will result in failure of the ballast. If you are looking to upgrade to LED, keep your control system intact, and bid farewell to fluorescents forever, please see www.lutron.com/ballastupgrade for more information.

What load types can the GRAFIK Eye QS control directly?
A standard GRAFIK Eye QS can control incandescent, magnetic low voltage, 2-wire ballasts or drivers, and 120V LEDs from the LED Selection Tool. EcoSystem versions can also control any ballast or driver that has an EcoSystem link on it. And you can order any model with shading zones to control Sivoia QS Wireless shades.
