How do I find my Model Number?
Do you have the original packaging?

If your product came in plastic packaging (a clamshell), you’ll find the model number on the front of the insert card, on the lower left corner. If your product came in a box, you’ll find the model number on the top of the box.
Most model numbers are 12-16 characters and start with a couple letters followed by a dash.
No packaging? No problem!

The product number is on a label on the side of the dimmer or switch.*
If you’ve already installed the dimmer/switch, turn off the electricity and then remove the wallplate. Unscrew and remove the wallplate adapter, then unscrew the dimmer/switch and pull it out of the wall until you can see the label.
*Please note: The product number for Ariadni/Toggler dimmers is not on a label. It’s located directly on the front of the dimmer on the top left, or right below the on/off toggle.

Can I control a GRAFIK Eye QS from a third-party control system?
Yes, you can control a GRAFIK Eye QS from a third-party device by using the QSE-CI-NWK interface.

Can I control a GRAFIK Eye QS with a wireless control?
Yes. GRAFIK Eye QS units are compatible with the Pico wireless remote.

Can I set a preset level for the lights to come on to when I enter the room?
Yes. Simply set the dimmer to the preferred light level. Then hold the "Test" button on the sensor for 6 seconds until the light behind the sensor starts blinking. The lights will now turn on to the set level whenever the room becomes occupied.

Can I use this sensor outside?
No, this device is rated for indoor use only.

Does GRAFIK Eye QS accept 277 V input?
No. GRAFIK Eye QS will only accept 120 V or 220-240 V (phase to neutral only). You'd need an interface to control 277 V loads, such as the PHPM-PA.

Does the QS link (communication link) have to be run as daisy chain?
No, it can be T-Tapped as well.

Does this have Soft-On, Fade-to-Black dimming technology?
Yes, as long as you're controlling the driver through the EcoSystem data link. This feature is not available when using a 3-wire fluorescent control.

How far away can I place this sensor from the master controller?
Wireless devices can communicate to the master dimmer from 30' away through walls and from 60' away if you have line-of-sight.

You can mount High Bay sensors up to 45 feet.

If the lights are turned off manually, will they stay off?
The lights will stay off as long as the space stays occupied. If the room becomes vacant and the sensor goes through its time out period, it will then turn the lights on automatically once the room becomes occupied.
