How do I find my Model Number?
Do you have the original packaging?

If your product came in plastic packaging (a clamshell), you’ll find the model number on the front of the insert card, on the lower left corner. If your product came in a box, you’ll find the model number on the top of the box.
Most model numbers are 12-16 characters and start with a couple letters followed by a dash.
No packaging? No problem!

The product number is on a label on the side of the dimmer or switch.*
If you’ve already installed the dimmer/switch, turn off the electricity and then remove the wallplate. Unscrew and remove the wallplate adapter, then unscrew the dimmer/switch and pull it out of the wall until you can see the label.
*Please note: The product number for Ariadni/Toggler dimmers is not on a label. It’s located directly on the front of the dimmer on the top left, or right below the on/off toggle.

Is the brightness of the locator light adjustable?
Yes, the brightness of the locator light is adjustable and can be turned off in all Sunnata products through simple button press programming. To view how to adjust this, view Lutron.com/SunnataMyLevel.

What is the advantage of using the Sunnata Accessory Switch instead of an existing toggle switch in a 3-way?
There are a couple key advantages of using the Sunnata Accessory switch. With the Sunnata Accessory, you will be able to control the light from up to 10 locations, but you are limited to only 2 when using an existing mechanical switch. The Sunnata Accessory also includes the fade on/fade off features, including a delayed fade-to-off giving you 30 seconds to exit the room, or get into bed, while the light slowly fades to off. Lastly, if you set a preset on the Sunnata dimmer, tapping the ON button from the Accessory will bring the light to the set level. Tapping ON a second time will bring the light level to full brightness.

What is the minimum load?
The minimum load for this LED+ dimmer is 25W of incandescent/halogen or one LED off of the approved LED bulb list (unless otherwise noted on the list). You can find compatible bulbs for this dimmer on our LED Compatibility Tool.
