What is the Connect Portal?

The Connect Portal is your “front page” for doing business and using software with Lutron. As the Lutron Connect platform grows, so will the coverage of the Portal. For more information on this, please see our Lutron Connect Portal Overview.

What can I do on the Connect Portal currently?

Currently, you can enable alerts for a system and perform various Diagnostic activities such as checking Device Status and Viewing Activity Logs.

What else is going to live in the Connect Portal?

Though currently focused on post-install management, the Connect Portal is intended to direct users to all Lutron software. From estimating and ordering to monitoring and managing, the Connect Portal will be unifying and curating the Lutron software experience.

Why can't I see all the Places that I manage?

Projects that are not cloud-enabled will not show up in the Places list. Additionally, if you are not the creator of the project, then that Place needs to be shared with your email. For more information on managing cloud access, please see our Managing and Sharing Cloud Access Article.

How can I share my Places with other people?

On the Places screen, click on the Share button on the right-hand side of a Place. From there, you can type in new emails to share access. For more information on sharing via the Connect Portal, please see our Managing and Sharing Cloud Access Article.

Should the homeowner/occupant access the Connect Portal?

Lutron Connect and the Connect Portal are the software suites used to do business with Lutron. The Connect Portal is intended for professionals with a Lutron login, not for those living with the system.

What about other myLutron websites?

Lutron’s web tools are undergoing a digital transformation. Expect to see migration and unification of all Lutron software that is operated behind a Lutron login.
