​What is the Connect Portal?

 

 

The Connect Portal is a web application that acts as a single entry point for the Connect family of applications.

 

 

Below are links that outline some features of the Connect Portal:

 

* The Connect Portal lets you view Places you have access to, but you cannot modify their programming. To make changes, use Lutron Designer.

How to Start Using the Lutron Connect Portal

  1. ​Visit https://connect.lutron.com

  2. Login to your myLutron account.

  3. Receive access to a Place and be certified in one or more of the following Lutron systems:

    • RadioRA 3
    • Homeworks QSX
    • Athena

How to Select Light/Dark/Auto Mode

  1. ​​Select your initials from the top right corner to access the Profile Settings menu. ​

 

  1. Select Preferences from the Profile Settings menu.

 

  1. Select Light, Dark, or Auto in the Preferences menu.

 

Your Theme selection saves automatically.

 

 

How to Enable Dashboard​ & Alerts

  1. Select the  Place Settings icon from the Actions column for the Place you wish to edit. ​​

 

  1. Toggle Collect Place's Alert Data to the on position. Confirm your selection when prompted.

How to add/remove PWA (Progressive Web Apps)?
