How do I find my Model Number?
Do you have the original packaging?

If your product came in plastic packaging (a clamshell), you’ll find the model number on the front of the insert card, on the lower left corner. If your product came in a box, you’ll find the model number on the top of the box.
Most model numbers are 12-16 characters and start with a couple letters followed by a dash.
No packaging? No problem!

The product number is on a label on the side of the dimmer or switch.*
If you’ve already installed the dimmer/switch, turn off the electricity and then remove the wallplate. Unscrew and remove the wallplate adapter, then unscrew the dimmer/switch and pull it out of the wall until you can see the label.
*Please note: The product number for Ariadni/Toggler dimmers is not on a label. It’s located directly on the front of the dimmer on the top left, or right below the on/off toggle.

Are individual parts replaceable in the field if a piece fails?
Yes. All parts are field replaceable as long as they are replaced with the same part number. For replacement pieces, please contact fixtures@lutron.com.

What do I need to take into account when installing multiple wire runs off of a single driver?
We recommend making sure you balance the loads and the lead lengths as much as possible. Differences in lead length creates different amounts of voltage drop, which can create varying light levels between the fixtures. Voltage loss also increases as the power through a specific wire run increases, which can cause varying light levels between wire runs of different loads. Match load amounts and lead length to mitigate these imbalances. For more application tips, check out our Lumaris Applications Guide.

What is the cardboard insert used for that comes with my fixture?
You can use the cardboard insert to protect the LED module while mounting the fixture. You can put the cardboard right over the module to prevent any dust or debris from getting onto the LED.
