How do I find my Model Number?
Do you have the original packaging?

If your product came in plastic packaging (a clamshell), you’ll find the model number on the front of the insert card, on the lower left corner. If your product came in a box, you’ll find the model number on the top of the box.
Most model numbers are 12-16 characters and start with a couple letters followed by a dash.
No packaging? No problem!

The product number is on a label on the side of the dimmer or switch.*
If you’ve already installed the dimmer/switch, turn off the electricity and then remove the wallplate. Unscrew and remove the wallplate adapter, then unscrew the dimmer/switch and pull it out of the wall until you can see the label.
*Please note: The product number for Ariadni/Toggler dimmers is not on a label. It’s located directly on the front of the dimmer on the top left, or right below the on/off toggle.

Can pre-configured drivers be reconfigured with QwikFig?
No. Drivers that are ordered already configured are locked in and cannot be altered with QwikFig.

Can the 5-Series driver be configured to custom current outputs?
Yes, both the 'M' and 'K' cans are available as fully configurable. Please consult the5-Series specification sheet to ensure your driver has the correct output parameters.

Can you use the 5-Series drivers with QwikFig?
Yes, the 5-Series driver can be orderable for QwikFig in both the 'M' and 'K' cans.

Does this have Soft-On, Fade-to-Black dimming technology?
Yes, as long as you're controlling the driver through the EcoSystem data link. This feature is not available when using a 3-wire fluorescent control.

Is the Hi-Lume Premier family configurable?
No. The Premier drivers are only currently available in a 24V constant voltage option.

What drivers can be used with Qwik Fig?
You can order the 5-Series drivers available in the 'M'-size can to use with QwikFig. The 5-Series 'K'-size can however is not available to be ordered for use with QwikFig.
Hi-Lume 1% and 1% with soft-on, fade-to-black drivers can be ordered as Qwik Fig bulks however drivers that were ordered already configured cannot then be used with Qwik Fig.
Hi-Lume Premier 0.1% downlight drivers work with the new Qwik Fig Air, which wirelessly programs drivers in seconds. These drivers can be ordered as Qwik Fig bulks. Drivers that were ordered already configured, however, cannot then be used with Qwik Fig.
T-Series Tunable White drivers work with the new Qwik Fig Air, which wirelessly programs drivers in seconds. These drivers can be ordered as Qwik Fig bulks.
