How to reset my Caséta/RA2 Select Password

This article is intended to assist you with resetting your password for your Caséta or RA2 Select home system account. 


Reset Password Instructions 

From the app

  1. From your Lutron App   (if you are not logged in) first open the app and you should see the below screen.

    .

  1. Click, "Forgot Password." When prompted, enter your email address
  2. Select Submit, check your email for instructions to reset your password.
Note: The email will come from the address, "no_reply@lutron.com".
  1. If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes, check all spam/junk folders.
  2. From within the email click the, "Change Password." link to be redirected to a site to reset your password. 
  3. You should now be able to sign into your system.
 

From Your PC

  1. From your PC, visit the website, http://device-login.lutron.com.
  2. Select, "Forgot Password?"
  3. Enter your email address and an email will be sent to reset your password and the website will refresh to main login page. You will know your email address was found if the website shows you the below green banner.
Note: If you do not see the green banner outlined below, repeat step 2 (check for accurate spelling of the email address).



Note: The email will come from the address, no_reply@lutron.com.
  1. If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes, check all spam/junk folders.
  2. From within the email click the, "Change Password" link to be redirected to a site to reset your password. 
  3. You should now be able to sign into your system.

Unable to reset your password on your own?

  • Contact Lutron Support and have the following information ready
    • The MAC address of the Caséta or RA2 Select Hub (formerly Bridge). This can be found on the bottom of the Hub (see below picture)
    • The email address you used to initially setup the hub
