Your Lutron devices should now appear under "Devices" and "Scenes" in the Alexa app. You are now able to start using voice commands.
A Group can be created to allow you to control multiple devices with one Alexa voice command. Here are the steps to create a Group within the Alexa App

Below are some common Alexa voice commands to control your Lutron Caseta or RA2 Select system. All of them can be used to control individual devices as named in the Lutron App -or- the Groups of devices you created in the Alexa App in the previous section
Amazon Alexa and how to set up and use voice commands with the Caseta or RA2 Select Systems
Section (1) Linking Alexa to the Lutron App for Caseta / RA2 Select
Requirements:
- Amazon Echo device or Alexa mobile app installed on a mobile phone (Android or iOS)
- Lutron App enabled Caseta or RA2 Select system with a Lutron Smart Hub (formerly Smart Bridge)
From within the Alexa App, select "More" from the bottom right corner of the screen and then select "Skills & Games".
Step 2
From the "Skills & Games" screen tap on the magnifying glass in the top right corner of the screen and search for the Lutron Caseta Skill.
Then click on the skill and click enable.
Step 3
Enter you Lutron Account credentials that you used to setup your Lutron System and tap Sign in. (If a typo is made when entering your Lutron credentials you may get a message stating that the Home cannot be found. If you receive this message double check your email and password and retry).
Then tap on "Authorize".
This will then move you to the successful link screen as seen below.
Step 4
Discover Devices Screen. Tap on "Discover Devices". If this screen does not appear automatically, you can ask Alexa to "Discover Devices".
You should then receive the following message:

Section (2): Controlling multiple devices with one voice command.
A Group can be created to allow you to control multiple devices with one Alexa voice command. Here are the steps to create a Group within the Alexa AppStep 1
To add a "Group" , select the "Device" icon at the bottom of the screen.

Tap on the + icon in the top right corner of the screen (as seen in the picture above) and then select "Add Group" from the pop up that appears.
Step 3
To create a Group in the Alexa App follow the steps below.
- Tap on "Devices" in the lower option bar in the app.
- Then Tap on the "+" in the top right corner of the Devices screen.
- Select Add Group from the pop up window.
- Select "Create room or device group" then select "Next".
- Choose or create a custom group name.
- Then select the devices to be part of this group and select finish.
Section (3): Using Alexa voice commands to control your Lutron System
Below are some common Alexa voice commands to control your Lutron Caseta or RA2 Select system. All of them can be used to control individual devices as named in the Lutron App -or- the Groups of devices you created in the Alexa App in the previous section
“Alexa, turn on/off (Name of device as named in Lutron App)”

Turns all included lights to 100% or 0% (on or off respectively)
“Alexa, brighten/dim (Name of device as named in Lutron App)”
- Increases/decreases the level of all included lights by 25%
“Alexa, brighten/dim (Name of device as named in Lutron App) by x percent”

Increases/decreases the level of all included lights by the requested percentage
“Alexa, set/turn (Name of device as named in Lutron App) to x percent”

Sets the level of all included lights to the requested percentage
“Alexa, raise/lower (Name of device as named in Lutron App)”

Same as brighten/dim
“Alexa, raise/lower (Name of device as named in Lutron App) … by x percent”
