Can I use an output on a Sivoia QS Wired or Sivoia QS Wireless 35 V DC power panel to power up my Sivoia QS Triathlon shade?
No, Sivoia QS Triathlon shades run on 12V and cannot be used with 35V power panels. You can use Triathlon shades with individual 12V power supplies or with the Triathlon power panel (CSPS-P1-10-6).

Can my Sivoia QS Triathlon shades be controlled with a mobile device?
Yes, Sivoia QS Triathlon shades can be controlled via the Lutron app. A Caseta PRO SmartHub or any other Lutron lighting control system processor is required.

If I have two (or more) shades next to each other, will they move at the same speed?
Yes, thanks to Lutron’s patented Intelligent Hembar Alignment (IHA) your adjacent shades will move in unison. This is true for both wired and battery-powered shades, because our algorithm even compensates for the difference in voltage between old and new batteries.

What are Sivoia QS Triathlon WIDR shades?
Triathlon WIDR battery-powered roller shades can cover windows up to 144” wide and 144” tall. The fascia has the same vertical height as standard Triathlon product and is 1” deeper than standard Triathlon.

Will my shades need to be reprogrammed if they lose power?
No, all Lutron shades have power failure memory that stores system programming including grouping, presets, and shade limits for the lifetime of the product.
