Problem: Device not heard in Designer

2. For dimmers, switches, and hybrid keypads, confirm the connected load is functional and the device is not displaying an Error Blink Code. Refer to device installation guides for device-specific blink codes.
3. Factory default the device using the main tap-switch or the top button on a keypad.
- Triple-tap the button and hold it until the device begins to flash.
- Immediately release the button when you see the flash and triple tap rapidly again. Do not hold during this step.
