How do I find my Model Number?
Do you have the original packaging?
-
If your product came in plastic packaging (a clamshell), you’ll find the model number on the front of the insert card, on the lower left corner. If your product came in a box, you’ll find the model number on the top of the box.
Most model numbers are 12-16 characters and start with a couple letters followed by a dash.

No packaging? No problem!
-
The product number is on a label on the side of the dimmer or switch.*
If you’ve already installed the dimmer/switch, turn off the electricity and then remove the wallplate. Unscrew and remove the wallplate adapter, then unscrew the dimmer/switch and pull it out of the wall until you can see the label.
*Please note: The product number for Ariadni/Toggler dimmers is not on a label. It’s located directly on the front of the dimmer on the top left, or right below the on/off toggle.

Can a constant voltage driver be used with low-voltage MR16 LEDs?
You would not be able to control low-voltage MR16 LEDs with an external driver, even if they are constant voltage. MR16 LEDs have an internal driver and so only a transformer would be needed to drop the voltage down to 12 or 24V.
-
Does this driver have Soft-On, Fade-to-Black technology?
While this driver will dim to 1% light level, it will not have the Soft-On, Fade-to-Black feature. This feature is available with the Hi-Lume 1% with Soft-On, Fade-to-Black drivers, beginning with LDE-. Please note the LDE- drivers can only be dimmed with an Ecosystem digital link.
-
What are some of the differences between Hi-Lume 1% and Hi-Lume 1% with Soft-On, Fade-to-Black dimming technology?
Hi-Lume 1% drivers can be controlled through either line voltage dimming (2-wire and 3-wire options available), or through an EcoSystem data link. Hi-Lume 1% drivers with Soft-On, Fade-to-Black dimming technology can only be controlled through the EcoSystem data link.
Hi-Lume 1% drivers have models up to 53W while Hi-Lume 1% drivers with Soft-On, Fade-to-Black have models available up to 75W. Hi-Lume 1% drivers also do not have the Soft-On, Fade-to-Black features.
