As part of Lutron’s commitment to reliability, every Lutron product or system includes comprehensive warranty coverage. A standard warranty is included with the purchase of a product or with the startup of the system; in some cases enhanced system warranties are available.

Multi-year service contracts are also available regardless of whether you’re in or out of the warranty period. These extended coverage options - Technology Support Plans - offer more extensive maintenance coverage and preventative support. Learn more about your extended coverage opportunities.

If an issue is discovered, please call 1-800-523-9466 and follow the prompts for Technical Support. The Technical Support Group will begin troubleshooting to diagnose the root cause of the issue.
