Shades Support

Before You Begin

Sivoia QS shades (R20, R64, R100/150/300, R225) can be quoted as standard. See Sivoia QS Dual Shades Qouting below.

Clutch Manual shades (V16 or V24) can be quoted as custom. Please build as individual shades and email your project ID to shadingquotes@lutron.com stating whether you intend to wall or ceiling mount.

• V16 pocket size: 8”x8” with 3” flap.
• V24 pocket size: 8”x9” with 3” flap.
  

No dual bracket is available for Palladiom, Palladiom Wire-Free, or Triathlon shades. Lutron recommends inside mounting one shade, then outside mounting a separate shade to clear.

Sivoia QS Dual Shades Quoting

For Sivoia QS Shades R20/64/100/150/300/225:

1. Quote the first shade with top treatment as “None” and brackets as “None (will order pocket dual brackets).” Set all other shade details per the customer's request.

Note: When quoting reverse roll for dual set-up, the software does not allow you to select “none”. Manually select “wall” brackets in the shade lines bracket field as R100/150/300 use wall shade brackets to interface with dual sub brackets.

To remove unneeded R100 sub brackets or R64 Universal Brackets – message shadingquotes@lutron.com to request “Preship Hardware” before placing the order.

2. Quote the second shade with top treatment as “None” and brackets as “None (will order pocket dual brackets).” Set all other shade details appropriately. These two shades should match each other identically except for the fabric.

3. Add dual sub brackets.

Dual Bracket Part Numbers:

• • R20: WIN-BRK-20D
  • R64 Standard: WIN-BRK-64D
  • R64 WIDR: WIN-BRK-64WD

WIDR bracket size determined under Additional Options (see image below):

• • R100/150/300: WIN-BRK-100D
    • Coupling point dual sub bracket- WIN-BRK-100DNP (Note: this is the only sub bracket sold in “eaches”)
  • R225: WIN-BRK-225D

4. Add top treatments (if needed).

Pocket Flap Sizes:

• • R20: 5.5” x 7.5” with 3” flap is the standard size we offer. 5.5” x 6” can be used with these brackets as a custom or site-built pocket.
  • R64 Standard: 5.5"x7.5" with 3” flap.
  • R64 WIDR: 5.5” x 7.5” with 3” flap.
  • R100/150/300: 7” x 11” with 3” flap.
  • R225: 8” x 14” with 3” flap.
