Downloading An Existing Project File:
Prerequisites: Your myLutron account will need to first have access to the project in order to download a cloud backup from the last system transfer. If the system is set up with homeowner control, you may ask them to open their Lutron app, select Help < Remote assistance with installer. This process will share access to the required dealers.

Open your designer software to the RA3 Welcome Screen

Click Tools > Restore last transferred file

Click the drop down and choose the correct project

Click the download button
-
The file should now download and you can open it.
