Improved Palladiom Engraving Ordering with Lutron Designer
What Changed?
Improvements to the Palladiom Keypad, Button Kit, and Faceplate ordering process when using Lutron Designer software bring the experience inline with other keypads.
What Software Version Has This Feature?
Lutron Designer 25.2 or later.
What Are the Benefits?
A simplified process for ordering Palladiom; complete keypads, button kits, and faceplates. The Palladiom process is now the same as the process for ordering other Lutron keypad families by using the Engraving Report. This allows the you to select the products required at the time of ordering engraving by simply clicking on/off the desired check boxes (instead of the previous process of adjusting a property on the design screen).
Scenario 1: Keypad With Pre-engraving Is Being Ordered for the First Time.
Complete keypad with engraved button kit (engraving details required to be filled in) and a single-gang faceplate will be shipped.
Scenario 2: Engraved Replacement Button Kit Only Is Being Ordered (Engraving Details Are Required to Be Filled In).
How Do I Access the Engraving Report?
From the Lutron Designer Software, use the Reports menu and select Engraving.
